Fixed size House Collars are non-adjustable and are made to one set size. Therefore, they are meant to be loose fitting and hang in a loose V-shape. If you would like a more fitted version, you may prefer the Adjustable House Collar listing, as they can be adjusted to fit.
*PLEASE NOTE* You will need to measure your dogs head at its widest part also, to make sure you can comfortably slip the collar on.
