XS - Recommended for neck sizes 8" - 10"
S - Recommended for collar/neck sizes 11" - 13"
M - Recommended for collar/neck sizes 14" - 16"
L - Recommended for collar/neck sizes 17" - 19"
XL - Recommended for collar/neck sizes 20" - 22"
