These adjustable strap harnesses are not only stylish but practical. With a 'Y' front design, they allow free shoulder movement. They are highly adjustable which allows you to alter the size if your dog is wearing a coat or jumper, or allow lots of growing room if your dog is not yet fully grown.

Each strap is made using strong webbing which is then wrapped in your fabric choice. Also incorporated is an ultra strong D-Ring for lead attachment, giving you peace of mind when on those daily walks.

The harness can be adjusted at three points:

Around the lower neck

Around the chest/girth

Harness length (the underneath strap can be lengthened to ensure that there is no armpit rubbing)

Simply slip the harness over your dogs head and then secure using the side release clasp on the chest strap.

THOUGH THIS STYLE REMAINS POPULAR WITH OUR DACHSHUND CUSTOMERS AND WITH OUR OWN DACHSHUND, SOME HAVE VERY POINTY CHESTS, SO YOU MAY FIND OUR TAILORED HARNESS A BETTER STYLE. THIS STYLE OF HARNESS SLIPS DOES NOT HAVE A CLASP AROUND THE NECK, SO YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE SURE THE SIZE YOU CHOOSE WILL SLIP OVER THEIR HEAD COMFORTABLY.

Product Care & Washing Instructions

All of our accessories are made to be as robust as possible. However, please take care of them as you would your own garments. No accessory is indestructible and it will sustain wear, especially if used on very rough terrain.
For longevity, we recommended washing by hand and leaving to air dry. However, if you have a protective laundry bag, you can machine wash up to 30degrees. Iron on a low heat setting on the fabric side only (do not iron the fleece side or webbing straps) Please do not tumble dry.
